An award-winning associate professor of chemistry at Virginia Commonwealth University, Xuewei is the inventor of Tralyte Health’s Ultrasensitive Separation-Free Blood Testing Technology (PCT/US23/65882). He has secured over $3.5M in research funding as PI, including NIH R01 and R21 grants for electrolyte monitoring. He oversees clinical strategy and R&D.
An award-winning technology PR professional with multiple successful launches, Laurie was the 2025 Board Chair of Lead Virginia and the former head of Tech PR for Ogilvy Worldwide. She led the PR for the WebMethods IPO, one of the most explosive launches of all time. Her role at Tralyte Health encompasses communications, grant writing, and outreach.

Dave Saunders, a life sciences veteran with over 40 products brought to market, provides strategic expertise in medical device commercialization.

As lead attorney, Gary LeClair of Williams Mullen has led hundreds of private and public financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions and other domestic and international transactions. Before stepping down recently, he was also a long-time member of the VCU Intellectual Property Foundation, giving him extensive experience with the VCU Tech Transfer Office team.
